Doc Ock: That bastard Spider-Man, he doesn't know what it's like to dedicate your genius to one company, have access to so much power, just to be laid off. I built this lab long ago, and finally my Robot machine has come to some use with a few tweaks. Using the DNA of Spider-Man I have created something new, something beautiful.

Doc Ock: Using my genius of building robots and my scientific biological expertise I have managed to build myself the ultimate android. This artificially intelligent being is as close to a sentient robot as a scientist could hope. He will replace that pesky wall crawler and in turn leave the city to be taken over by his master.

Doc Ock: They called me mad! Said Otto Octavious couldn't provide for OsCorp any longer! I will show that bastard Norman Osborn I have the genius of a king!

Doc Ock: And with my new Spider-Man creation at my side, a king I shall be. You are the ruthless hero this world needs, not a joker who sees power as responsibility and not a potential.

Doc Ock: Finally your activation is complete! I would take the Spider on myself, but I want to build an empire. As much as I'd love to simply crush that bugs throat under one of my claws, it's too direct. I need to strategically turn the people against Spider-Man so that slowly I can inch my way closer to ruling this god forsaken planet!

Doc Ock: It's a beautiful sight to see! This machine Osborn rejected, has created the ultimate android! What a fool to reject such a masterpiece!

Doc Ock: Welcome to the world my child. You are truly a Superior Spider-Man, please acknowledge my greeting, I must see that my voice program was properly installed.

Superior Spider-Man: With great power comes great potential, head the words of a new era of Spider-Man.
Doc Ock: Wonderful! And you having the coding from the scans I took of my voice box made you sound like yours truly!

Doc Ock: Truly this is a Legacy even Spider-Man is not ready to see unfold!

J. Jonah Jameson: Hey Parker! Get your ass in here! I gotta job for ya kid!

Peter Parker: Hey Mr. Jameson. You called for me?

J. Jonah Jameson: Parker! No dicking around, I just received a call that Carnage is downtown attacking the upper east side of Manhattan and you seem to be the only photographer with the balls to get near this menace with a camera. And don't let Spider-Man get your camera this time, that selfie shit he pulled with the Vulture webbed up wasn't the publicity that monster needs!

Peter Parker: No problem triple J, you got it! No Spidey selfies and no getting murdered before the photos are developed!

Spider-Man: Now... let's see if my Spidey senses can get a lock on that angry silly putty monster Carnage.

Carnage: Oh, where are we off to? You don't want to play with ol' Cletus?

Spider-Man: And there we go! I'm comin' for ya Carnage!

Carnage: I wonder if I keep pulling on you like this your spine will snap in 2?

Spider-Man: So-rry, comin' through!

Spider-Man: Geez Cassidy, you're real clutz, watch where you're goin' huh?

Carnage: Spider-man!? I've been itching to cut you open!

Spider-Man: Yeah, that sounds messy, but maybe I'll take a rain check on that okay?


Carnage: I can't wait to sever your head and shut that trap of yours!

Carnage: The element of surprise gave you a couple good hits Spidey, but today is the day I rid the world of "your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man!"


Carnage: I'm going to wash you out Spider!




Spider-Man: I don't think so Carnage! This wall crawler's got a little more fight in him then you'd think!




Carnage: That's a cute thought Spider, but I'm really going to end you!

Spider-Man: Geez! Watch where you're swinging that thing huh? Someone could get hurt!

Carnage: Get back here so I can cut your damn head off

Spider-Man: Well if you insist, but only because you asked so nicely.


Spider-Man: C'mon Carnage, beaten by Spider-Man? What would papa Venom say?


Carnage: Shut your mouth and let's end this!

Doc Ock(through Superior Spider-Man's comm): Very impressive agility to this suit, I'm astounded with how agile and fast you are my Spider

Superior Spider-Man: Target Carnage is now being engaged.


Spider-Man: What in the hell? Is this goop poisonous or something? Is that me kicking Carnage's ass?


Superior Spider-Man: Scanners detect a defeat of Carnage!

Spider-Man: Wh-who are you?



Spider-Man: Is it possible that I'm not alone? Could someone else have been bitten by that Spider and maybe thought the same thing as me? I have to know....

People in the city: Yeah he did it! He stopped Carnage, amazing!

Spider-Man: Just who is under that mask?

Peter Parker: Oh man does it feel good to be home.

Peter Parker: What a day. I couldn't even stop Carnage, that mystery Spider-Man did.

Peter Parker: I guess it's not all bad, I did get some good shots of the action.

Peter Parker: Oh man do I look like hell or what.

Peter Parker: I guess I just need to relax

Peter Parker: Maybe some TV will help uncloud my mind.

Peter Parker: Maybe the News will even play some clips of me actually saving that guy from Carnage

Reporter: Hello, I'm Al Dubinsky, and I'm standing here with the New Spider-Man who saved the upper east side from Carnage earlier today. Do you have any words for us on todays incident where the other Spider-Man was almost killed?

Superior Spider-Man: It's a new day and age. This suit as thin as it may seem is well equipped to be all Spider-Man is and more. The world needs a Spider-Man, yes, but not one verging being killed. The world needs a faster Spider-Man, a stronger Spider-Man, a more agile Spider-Man...

Superior Spider-Man: At the end of the day, the world needs a Superior Spider-Man. Come find me at your usual watching spot Spider, we should talk.

Peter Parker: That voice... Ocktavious! It can't be!

Peter Parker: But how could that be Ock? Does he have an accomplice?

Peter Parker: I gotta get to the East side, he must have been watching me when I was watching over the city for Carnage, I'll find him there.

Spider-Man: Okay Ocktavious I'm here!

Spider-Man: Helloooo anybody home? Mr.Superior Spider-Man? You there?

Superior Spider-Man: I am not Ocktavious, learn some manners!


Doc Ock over comm: Just make sure we get enough shots that make him the criminal Superior!

Spider-Man: Gee wiz JR that was one hell of a big boot Spider-Man just took there!

Superior Spider-Man: This is the end Spider-Man!

Spider-Man: C'mon a superior Spider-Man with no Superior jokes? If you're gonna replace me, at least be witty!

Superior Spider-Man: Witty Humor and commentary from the peanut gallery are very different things!

Spider-Man: You clearly haven't seen enough Mystery Science Theater my friend.

Spider-Man: C'mon hold still! How can it be slapstick comedy if I can't even hit you!

Superior Spider-Man: It's almost pathetic that my suits sensors help me avoid attacks and calculate hits better than your silly spider senses.

Superior Spider-Man: I can't wait to put you out of your misery!

Spider-Man: You'll have to get me first!

Spider-Man: Okay Superior! It's time I ended this now!

Superior Spider-Man: You were saying?
Bystander: What the hell?

Superior Spider-Man: Absolutely not, at ground level all people have seen is you randomly fighting the man who saved them from Carnage, tell me, regardless of truth, who do they see as the hero here?

Spider-Man: I believe in my fellow New Yorkers to know I'd never turn on the people!

Superior Spider-Man: Very touching, but I can't wait for reality to get to you, now come on and land a punch already!

Superior Spider-Man: You're making this to easy Spider!

Spider-Man (in his own head): How is he beating me? I can't do this, he's too strong!

Superior Spider-Man: Get back here!!

Superior Spider-Man: I don't plan on killing you unless I have to so please inform me when you're ready to surrender

Spider-Man: You got something on your face!

Superior Spider-Man: Now I'm really going to squash you like the insect you are!

Spider-Man (in his head): I can't let my guard down, but I have to grab that car, innocent people could have been hurt if it landed!

Superior Spider-Man: You just can't win can you?


Superior Spider-Man: So long Spider-Man

Spider-Man: It's gonna take more than that to get rid of me Superior!

Superior Spider-Man: Come and finish this already!

Doc Ock (via comm to Superior): Block the attack and wrap this up. I've caught enough footage for the bugle to display Spider-Man as a menace!



Spider-Man: And you say I couldn't aim!


Spider-Man: Hey I got 2 hits in a row, looks like you're slippin' up Superior!

Spider-Man: I'm gonna end this now!

Spider-Man: Give up yet?
Superior Spider-Man: You're right...

Superior Spider-Man: This is ending now, we have just enough footage!

Superior Spider-Man: Farewell Spider!

Spider-Man: Where is he going? What does he mean footage?

Peter Parker: What could he have meant by footage? I still didn't get an answer as to who he was, or his connection to Doc Ock. Why did he invite me there just to attack me?

J. Jonah Jameson: Parker get the hell in my office immediately!

Peter Parker: You called Mr. J? Is it bad news?
J. Jonah Jameson: No actually it's not Parker,

J. Jonah Jameson: It's great news in fact! Look at all the footage we have of a jealous Spider-Man attacking the new Spider-Man and the city in a temper tantrum!
Peter Parker: Huh?

Superior Spider-Man: Greetings, I am the Superior Spider-Man, it has come to my attention that what was formerly known as your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man has now turned on the city. This Hero has turned menace and it is important that he is stopped! He was attacking me with no reason and then began attacking citizens in the process, so please notify the Police and I or the authorities shall aprehend this foe immediately.



Superior Spider-Man: As you can see this man is a monster gone mad and must be stopped, New York I urge you, if you see Spider-Man, contact the authorities immediately!

J. Jonah Jameson: We're gonna burry that bastard web head in the dirt!
Peter Parker: We sure are Jonah!
Peter Parker (in his mind): This is going to be a long road ahead of me, I just hope, not everyone thinks I've gone nuts!
