Spider-Man: This city hates me, so much for your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man

Spider-Man: On the bright side, at least Jameson's not 100% wrong about me being a menace because now everyone sees me in that light.

Spider-Man: But still I have to know, who the hell is the Superior Spider-Man? And what's his big grudge against me and why's he teamed with Doc Ock?

Spider-Man: I have a lot of questions that need answering.

Captain America: Yes and so do we Spider-Man, on behalf of SHIELD I'm afraid we must place you under arrest.

Captain America: We have been requested by Nick Fury himself to bring you in to explain your attack last week Spidey. Now you can either surrender peacefully or come with us.

Spider-Man: Did they seriously send the Avengers after me? Man I really gotta find a way to clear my name!

Spider-Man: And sticking around with you guys isn't gonna help me any so I'll swing by SHIELD later when I'm wanted as a friend and not a terrorist.

Captain America: We'll split up to get him, Hulk and Iron Man, you search the rooftops, Venom you stick to alleyways since we know he won't just run into the middle of the street, I'll go after him, if I lose him, I leave it up to you guys to catch him agreed?
Venom, Iron Man & Hulk: Agreed!

Spider-Man: Man. I didn't think this would be bad enough for the Avengers to be involved, where are they when I'm a good guy that needs help?

Captain America: Sorry Spidey but I gave you the choice of surrendering, now we're doing things the hard way!



Captain America: Just remember Spider-Man, you chose to do it this way.

Spider-Man: How do you even believe those reports Rogers? I was framed, you know the world isn't that black and white!

Spider-Man: Or I guess in your case...

Spider-Man: Red, whit and blue!

Spider-Man: Hey you dropped something.

Captain America: My shield!!

Captain America: I refuse to play this game with you Spider-Man!

Captain America: We just need you to come answer for what you did at SHIELD HQ!

Captain America: Now come quietly! I don't like hurting you more than I have to!

Spider-Man: And I told you I didn't do it! Is your mask on too tight?

Spider-Man: No wonder you're called Captain America! Your listening skills are terrible!

Spider-Man: You're not gonna take that from a man with web designs on his costume are ya?

Spider-Man: So are we ready to be mature heroes about this or what?

Captain America: As soon as we get to SHIELD base sure!

Spider-Man: Gee wiz Cap! I'm really not digging this attitude!

Spider-Man: here hold this for me?

Spider-Man: Tell me when you realize who the real villain is Cap!

Captain America: Damn, he's getting away.

Captain America: Venom, Hulk, iron Man, this is Captain America, Spider-Man's gotten away from me, if you see him be sure to aprehend him immediately. Do you copy?

Venom: This is really out of character for Spidey, something has to be up, there's no way he'd just get jealous of another hero and attack the city.

Venom: Let's just hope that's not the case anyway, I really don't want to have to shoot at Parker, I know he can't be behind this like the public thinks he is.

Spider-Man: it's too bright up here for them not too see me, but I desperately need to catch my breath.

Spider-Man: I can't stay up here too long, I just need to take in some air.

Hulk: Hulk smash bug man!

Spider-Man: Wo watch it jolly green giant! I'm trying to catch my breath!

Spider-Man: Anyone ever tell you, you look like Lou Farigno?

Spider-Man: Actually I guess with pecks like that and white stuff all over your face it's more like Pamela Anderson.

Hulk: Hulk crush you!
Spider-Man: Geez watch where you're going Mr.Universe pagent winner.

Spider-Man: So is this the part where you go "Hulk cuddle little Spider!" or do I have to keep dodging those giant fists of green fury?

Hulk: Hulk wants Spider to shut up already!
Spider-Man: Sorry buddy, I should be more considerate, I know it's not easy being green, just ask Norman Osborn.

Spider-Man: Look at those veins, they're ready to burst.

Hulk: Hulk has had enough of your talking! Hulk smash you!

Spider-Man: Jesus! Did I strike a nerve?

Spider-Man: Excuse me! Hi! Over here!

Iron Man: And I thought I was a chatter box, remind me to never go to the movies with you when this is done okay?

Iron Man: Alright Spidey, can we play nice yet? Or do I just kinda let Hulk pummel the angry neighborhood Spider-Terrorist into submission.

Spider-Man: Listen I know you guys wanna play nice n' all but I'm just still upset about not being able to go the movies with ya Tony.

Hulk: Hulk can't see again!

Spider-Man: Watch your step.

Iron Man: No Hulk wait!


Iron Man: Get the hell off me Burce!
Spider-Man: Oh Dr. Banner you clumsy oaf.

Spider-Man: Now I gotta get outta here before they really kick my ass.

Spider-Man: Man these guys are riding my ass like Sasha Grey, how can I prove I didn't do anything?

Spider-Man: I have to find out what the deal is with this other Spider-Man and why he wants me gone so badly.

Venom: Parker, you wanna tell me what's going on?

Venom: Because I'm really not looking to shoot you right now. Just come with me to SHIELD HQ and everything will be fine.

Spider-Man: Geez Flash, watch where you point that thing, didn't you see a christmas story? You'll shoot your eye out.

Spider-Man: Sorry, it was making me nervous.

Venom: You're really gonna regret that Spidey.

Spider-Man: Ah! Put me down Thomson! This isn't High Schoola any more, your bullying days are long gone!

Venom: Than give me some god damn answers Parker!

Venom: I'll fill that brain with led if you try something Peter, I just want to know who Superior Spider-Man is, and why you're wanted because of him. I know this isn't you so I'm giving you this chance and this chance only to explain yourself without SHIELD interrogating you.

Spider-Man: Well I can't tell you who he is, I don't even know, I just know he has come connection to Doc Ock, he has his exact same voice. As for why, I'm not sure but after his TV broadcast about Carnage where he invited me to meet him on the roof of a building, he attacked me. I guess he had hidden cameras to capture shots that made it look like I was the bad guy, I know that doesn't sound realistic but it's as close to fact as I know right now.

Venom: I'll believe you for now Parker, if I find out you really have gone off the wall, I'll kill you myself. But you have me watching after you until further notice.

Spider-Man: Thanks Flash, I can't begin to thank you enough.
Venom: Don't thank me, just get outta here so I can call in your escape.

Spider-Man: See ya around Venom! And again thank you so much!

Venom: I'll find out who that Superior Spider-Man guy is somehow Parker, you just have to keep out of dodge long enough for me to find out.


Venom: Whatever's going on, it doesn't seem to be over by a long shot.

Venom: Cap, it's Venom, I had Spider-Man but he got away, I'll meet you at SHIELD HQ.

Captain America: Copy that Venom, I'm here on 96th street and 7th avenue with Hulk and Iron Man, We'll meet up at HQ after my broadcast with Jameson and the new Spider-Man is over.

Iron Man: So what's the deal cap?
Captain America: No Spidey, we'll have to try again at some point, I'm going to meet up with J. Jonah Jameson for a broadcast introducing Superior Spider-Man as an Avenger and I'll meet you all at HQ to face the music from Fury.

Captain America: Hello New York, you all know me as Captain America, the leader of the mighty Avengers. I come to you today to speak to you about the current state of the Spider-Man incident. As of right now Spider-Man is still at large, we request that if you see him you call the authorities. On a lighter note however, a new day is ushered in with a new Spider-Man, I have been told to announce to you today that the Superior Spider-Man is officially a member of the Avengers

Captain America: Pleasure to have you join the team Spidey.
Superior Spider-Man: No Captain, really the pleasure is all mine, thank you for this wonderful opportunity, I can assure you, with me on board Spider-Man will be stopped.

Peter Parker: You've gotta be kidding me!

Peter Parker: This is going too far, how am I supposed to clear my name if they glorify the man who smeared it! I can't even stay here, I'll have to go into hiding, most if not all of the avengers know my secret identity.


Venom: Hey Spider. Listen to me, I know you provoked that fight with Spider-Man and framed him. Fair warning, I will be watching you and everything you do on the hellicarrier until I have enough evidence to bury you. Do you understand?

Superior Spider-Man: I find it adorable that you feel that way Mr.Thomson, but truly telling me what you know makes no difference. One of the things that makes me so superior to the original Spider-Man is-
